DSN files in Windows7 (via ODBC), especially in 64-bit

The attached document explains how to create a DSN file from Windows 7 to communicate with tabular data, such as the later versions of Access 2003 (MiraMon supports MDB format), Excel, Oracle, SQL Server, ... even ASCII files (txt, csv, ...).
